Buying in bulk allows you to experience cost savings and is the most cost-effective way to purchase meat. You are purchasing a variety of cuts (steaks and ground meat) all for the same price per pound. You are also able to purchase various cuts cheaper than you are able to in the grocery store. This also allows you to stock up on meat in your freezer. It is the perfect time to start stocking up your freezer as we have seen food shortages and can likely anticipate more to come.

Yes! We currently ship within the state of Texas every Tuesday. We also offer local pickup and will occasionally make deliveries to certain cities. Due to the quantity of beef, we cannot ship half or whole beef orders.

We use hanging weight to calculate price because we are selling a whole or half animal. We are selling you the beef and then you are customizing it how you would like. We are not selling individual cuts.

You are able to customize how you would like to receive your beef. You can select which types of cuts, how thick you would like your steaks, how you would like it prepared, and the quantity you would like packaged together.

The weight of each steer will vary. On average, you can expect to receive approximately 450-550 pounds of beef for a whole beef and approximately 225-275 pounds of beef for a half beef.

A general rule of thumb is that one cubic foot of freezer space will hold 25 pounds of packaged beef. If you do not have that kind of freezer space or are unable to purchase an additional freezer, the best thing is to partner on a beef with other families. This allows you to experience the cost savings and stock up on the appropriate amount your family needs.

Your beef will be processed at a State Licensed and Inspected Facility. They are routinely inspected by the state to ensure that all animals are harvested humanely, animals are prepared in a sanitary environment, and to conduct testing for diseases such as e.coli and listeria.
